If you were a kid in the 80s or 90s, you were probably a fan of ALF just like I was. When I was a child, I dreamed of having an ALF toy, but none of them really looked like the character and seemed a bit off to me :) So, I decided to make my childhood dream come true by creating a toy crochet pattern to have my very own ALF at home. I'm thrilled that now each of you can create your own ALF and Lucky too!

Creating this ALF amigurumi pattern brought back so many nostalgic memories of watching ALF with my family. It felt like I was reconnecting with my childhood. Plus, making your own ALF is a fun and creative project that lets you relive those memories and share them with a new generation. This pattern also makes a perfect birthday or holiday gift for any ALF or 90s fan. I hope you enjoy bringing this beloved character to life as much as I did!

FINISHED SIZE 
If a 2 mm crochet hook is used, your toy will be approximately 15 cm tall (about 6 inches tall).

MATERIALS 
• 2 mm hook
• Pair of safety eyes - 6 mm
• Stitch marker
• Tapestry needle
• Stuffing
• Yarn (I used Yarn Art Jeans)
• Crafting wire
• Velcro hook tape or felting brush
• Black acrylic paint and grey or black mixed with white acrylic paint
• Paint brush
